You don't have to be standing in New Mexico to enjoy great New Mexican cuisine made with green and red chile. Grow your own in your garden!

This 3 Pack includes one packet each of the following:

Hatch Green Mild Guizeppi - Traditional flavor and aroma with mild heat and not the burn of hotter varieties. Matures early and grows well in short seasons. Chiles are 8-12" long and 75 days until harvest after planting outdoors.

Big Jim Legacy - Authentic New Mexican green chile flavor with medium heat and thick flesh. Chiles grow 8"-10" long and 78 days until harvest after transplanting outdoors.

NuMex Sandia Select - Improved Hot Green Chile from Las Cruces, NM. Great green flavor with more heat and thick flesh. Chiles grow 8" long and 75 days until harvest after planting outdoors.

Click the links on each pepper name to see additional information.

Start your peppers early indoors so they develop good root systems before transplanting outdoors into warm garden soil.
