Other early peppers include our sweet Shishito Pepper Seeds, which are popular among gourmet gardeners and chefs and are ready to harvest earlier than most peppers at around 60 days.

Earliest Peppers - Yellow Jalapeno Seeds from Sandia Seed

If you like spicy, make sure to check out our early harvesting Lemon Spice Pepper, and our Early Jalapeno Seeds, which are each about 65 days to harvest.

If you have ever had New Mexican Green Chile, we know you'll also want to grow green chiles in your garden so you can experience the fresh-roasted exceptional chile flavor in all your recipes. Our earliest chile is our Mild Hatch Green Chile seeds, which is the most popular green chile to grow because of its mild heat, plus it matures early at around 70 days and grows well in short seasons (or for impatient gardeners as we all are!)

If you want super early peppers in your garden, make sure to grow these varieties above, start them early, keep them warm and plant them in full sun.
