Hatch Chile Recipes - grow from seed!


Hatch chile are one of our favorite peppers to grow – their flavor, when roasted and peeled, is out of this world! Buttery, smokey, spicy with slightly sweet fruitiness, Hatch Chile offers intense flavor to any dish. Hatch chile seeds can be grown in any vegetable garden, make sure to grow some of these giant flavorful peppers to add flavor and heat to your table!

Hatch Chile Recipes - once peeled you can use this amazing ingredient in everything!



You can simply roast them on a grill, air fryer, or under a broiler until blacked and blistered – then let cool in a covered glass dish, then peel and deseed, and add to any dishes. They are great for stews, soups, mixed with potatoes, as a pizza topping, mixed with beans, in burritos, on tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas... you name it!
