As a chef, these are some of my favorite peppers. I have a home garden, and grow many peppers, and these three peppers are a must every year. I love pickling Pepperoncinis (refrigerator pickles of these are super crisp and retain their wonderful color). I also love blistering up Padrons over high heat with a little olive oil and salt to make a simple but stellar appetizer. And Paprika, wow, you really can't beat the amazing flavor of fresh Paprika peppers! You can make stuffed Paprika peppers, or roast, sweat and peel them and then marinate in olive oil with garlic and salt for a wonderful treat.
