NuMex Twilight - A beautiful, eye-catching pepper plant producing a beautiful array of bright purple fruits that ripen to yellow, orange, then red. It creates a colorful display through the summer months and will make a great statement in your landscape when multiple plants are grouped together. Small 2”-4“ upright fruits start off purple, go to yellow, orange, and lastly red. All four colors appear on the plant at the same time. Mostly grown as an ornamental and makes a great patio plant. Can you eat NuMex Twilight Peppers?
Hint: yes, you can!

~ Packet contains 10 seeds.

In early spring, start seeds indoors 8 weeks prior to warm nightly temperatures. Place the seeds in sterile media and cover 1/4” deep. Provide 85°F bottom heat, bright light and keep moist at all times. Seeds will germinate in 7 - 21 days. Transplant seedlings into pots and grow until there are 6 true leaves on the plant. Plant them directly into rich soil, 20" apart for a hedge look or into large patio containers.

SO beautiful!

I can't believe how pretty these plants were! And loaded with peppers. At the end of the season we dried them and used them for hot pepper flakes. These have that magic combination of beauty and function. We'll grow these every year!

Gorgeous Ornamental Peppers

Oh my! These are, indeed, the prettiest of all peppers! I grew them in pots and they looked like a rainbow all summer long, starting out a gorgeous purple then ripening individually to yellow, orange and red... quite beautiful and prolific. Bonus: they are now made into hot sauce. I'll grow these every year in my patio pots, they are very ornamental.

Perfect for hot sauce & ornamental!

I love growing these as they are beautiful show stoppers in containers or in the garden, plus I can harvest all the peppers at the end of the season and make up a batch of fermented hot sauce in my fermentation crock. The perfect plant, beauty and spice!

Prettiest of all peppers!

These were absolutely stunning in large pots on my patio this summer. Loaded with small peppers of all colors ranging from yellow, purple, orange and red. I used them to make a batch of fermented hot sauce, can't wait to try it! Great seeds!

I love these beautiful peppers!

They're great for making hot sauce, and for making your garden beautiful. Most people dont' say you can eat these, but I always use them in recipes or making vinegar hot sauce. Yum! They are quite spicy.

Fantastic! I will be ordering from Sandiaseed from now on.

Germination for nearly all of my varieties was 3-5 days (95% - 100% success rate). My varieties include: Red Ghost, Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion, Devils Tongue, Cayenne Ring of Fire, Habenero Red, Yellow Jamaican, Paprika Numex, and Bolivian Rainbow. Another thing that I really appreciated is that each packet seemed to contain 20% more seeds than indicated (each 10 seed pack contained 12 seeds) - Not sure if that is standard but it was a nice bonus.

Sun Gold F1 Tomato Seeds

I grow these for habanero hot sauce

I've found that when you combine roasted carrots, habaneros, lime juice and garlic, it will make the best hot sauce of your life. I think it's the sweetness and depth of the carrots that make the sauce even better, and pairs perfectly with the habanero heat. I got the inspiration from one of my favorite store-bought hot sauces, Marie Sharp's Habanero hot sauce. Sometimes I add some of your Chef's orange tomatoes too to make more of it, and they also give more flavor to the hot sauce and help tame the heat a bit. I grow these in my garden every year along with your orange habaneros, orange tomatoes and other hot peppers and veggies. Very reliable.

Bolivian Rainbow Pepper Seeds

We let these hang dry, then ground them up – they made the tastiest pepper flakes. They have a nice kick, but good flavor too. Easy to grow plants, pretty peppers.

Cherokee Purple Tomato Seeds

Great germination rate!

These germinated in two days. I started them in midsummer and they fruited by late fall in my zone 10b garden and are overwintering just fine. I’ll have more to harvest by late spring. I made my red sauce for pozole for Christmas with my harvest!
