Found Fushimi after discovering Shishito peppers! Have them in our garden for years now. You simply pick, rinse, heat a skillet with a bit of oil, toss in the peppers and put a little char on 'em! Into a bowl, toss with a bit of salt and presto.....the best appetizer in the world!

Every season, this pepper is in our line up. When roasted, it is absolutely the best tasting pepper in the world. I roast poblano & pimento peppers every year and cannot be without this variety in the garden!

I've grown these peppers going on 4 seasons now and we love, love, love this pepper. He likes hot. I like mild...The Hatch Mild Green is perfect!

I've grown these in Santa Fe for two years now. They are easy to grow and set a ton of peppers on each plant. They peeled easy when roasted and well super delicious. I've already ordered more seeds for next year.

Never tried before so only 2 were planted. Wish I did more. Even with late start outside here in z8b I had 15 on 1 plant and 20 on other. Both in large pots. Gave my neighbor a few to try and we both will plant more next yr. Thank you!!

I grew the Mini Bell Snack Peppers this year in my raised garden! Very compact plant produced vibrant orange, red, and yellow peppers perfect for snacking on! Crisp and full of flavor!

I love these because they allow me to tone down hot sauce or chili powders without losing flavor. These were very prolific. The plants grew 3-4 feet tall and quite wide. **TIP: This year, I had much faster germination (5 days!) by alternating between 82 degrees for 8 hours and 90 degrees for 16 hours. This is what the original breeder at Cornell recommends. In order to get up to 90, I put the heat mat and tray in a cheap styrofoam cooler to trap heat. It worked great, though I'd still allow two weeks for germination, just in case.
