This collection is the 'Holy Trinity of Chiles'. Combine all three; Guajillo, Pasilla, and Poblano for the complex flavor of mole sauces and adobos (marinades).

If you love the spicy flavor of Mexican food, this is a great collection for you. Use the guajillo or pasilla in a chile salsa spooned over tacos, tamales, enchiladas, or tortilla chips. Stuff the Poblanos with meat and cheese for delicious rellenos.
All these peppers are easy to grow and do well in full-sun container gardens.

This 3 Pack includes one packet each of the following:

Guajillo - Has a very distinctive sweet heat flavor with 3. Pods grow to 4-6" long with thin flesh and shiny reddish brown color. Harvest 73 days after transplanting outdoors. Scoville: 3,000 - 5,000

Pasilla Bajio - Mildly hot with a sweet flavor when fresh, and a rich smoky flavor when dried. Narrow dark green 8-10" peppers grow on tall 30" plants. Harvest 85 days after transplanting outdoors. Scoville: 1,000 - 2,000

Poblano - A very mild and delicious pepper that is perfect for stuffing. Heart-shaped 4" long peppers mature to dark green color. They grow on 36" plants and 75 days until harvest after planting outdoors. Scoville: 500 -1,000

All 3 varieties produce an abundance of peppers all season long.

Click the links on each pepper name to see additional information.

Start your peppers early indoors so they develop good root systems before transplanting outdoors into warm garden soil.

Choose add to cart as a 3 Pack because purchasing these individually will not generate 15% off in your cart.
