Poblanos are delicious peppers that are easily grown in any vegetable garden. These very popular chile peppers are used in Mexican cooking, and often roasted and used to make chile rellenos. When dried, Poblanos are called ancho or chile ancho that comes from the Spanish word ancho, which means "wide." We have a few varieties of Poblano seeds to choose from, grow them all!
